Frost Titan

Overview

The frost giants are Titans of lesser power and strength. They are lead by Cedras and can only live comfortably where he speads the chill of winter. They also had a large part to play in The war of earth and sky.

Ecology and Habitats

The frost giants have an extreme dependence on cold weather. Some say that they turn to puddles of water when they are kept warm. Any tests of this theory have been lost to the sands of time.

Dietary Needs and Habits

They do not need much food to maintain their existence. They do however enjoy large feasts and any type of seafood.

They have high cheekbones, piercing blue eyes, and red hair.

They live in the cold regions of the earth and in The primordial Sea.

Average Intelligence

There is a stereotype that Frost Titans are unintelligent. This is not the case. However, because of their physical strength, they don't often have to rely on intelligence to get their way with mortals.

Common Dress Code

Frost giants wear heavy furs, blocky boots, and all kinds of trophys from the creatures they have killed.

Culture and Cultural Heritage

Merit is everything to a frost giant. Specifically skills of strength, cunning and survival.  They will cut deals, fight, and loot to ensure their survival. Despite this they have no ambition to have an empire or conquer.
They enjoy keeping to themselves and reveling in private feasts. These feasts are said to be legendarily extravagant, and hardly any outsider has ever witnessed one. If you are invited, it is certain you did something historic.

Common Customs, Traditions and Rituals

When their king dies, they send out their children into the warm areas of the earth. The first child to return alive has proven their resilience and is given the title of king.

Common Taboos

Overtime the frost giants have had children with other beings. This has made many other kinds of giants. These giants are often looked down on as lesser, but a few are respected and honored because of their ancestors.

History

They originally lived deep in the The primordial Sea, but after the events of The war of earth and sky, they moved onto the earth (or what they called "The world above.")

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions

Frost giants generally view others as weak and pathetic, but if someone proves their strength or wit to a frost giant, that person will have an ally for life.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking

Their skin is snow-white. Each frost titan has a unique birthmark on their right shoulder. These marks are geometric and often hexagonal.
