Guiding Spire: Gaffe Quarters

Like the Sem Priest Quarters, this room is the private residence to the Gaffe to the temple of Ades. Unlike the other quarters, this one doesn't have the dust of the undisturbed. The room appears to be used, or at least occupied. there is a stack of candles, incense, even a bowl and spoon used fairly reciently. There are no weapons or armor laying around, however the tools to maintain them are here near the bed.   The Gaffe
Gaffe Senemarek still resides in these quarters. He suffered from the Plague of Madness, and lived. His skin is ashen and his eyes look red and scarred. He is a fallen paladin to Pharsama as his deeds include the death of many of his fellow priests while in the throes of madness. He first hid when Gaffe Sherpse came; ashamed of what he had done. He has tried to attone for his sins, but Ades hasn’t forgiven him. Until she does, he sworn duty is to protect the temple from looters. He has done so, leaving the looters in 5.2C. Senemarek has been Cursed by the madness (like all the survivors) and that has left him a sociopath. Looting bodies here are a grave insult to him and he will take it personally. Fighting in the temple will also trigger him (to relive the plague of madness) only this time, he defends anyone appearing as a Ades priest. He has found that he doesn’t age and his hunger and thirst is significantly less than normal. When he remembers, he will prepare a small bowl of porridge from the grains. He notes that occasionally some living Katapesh will leave offerings on the steps of The Guiding Spire for loved ones being interred somewhere in the necropolis.

Gaffe Senemarek

Senemarek’s routine includes hours of meditation (5H), the lighting of candles in (5H & 5J) in the morning. In the afternoon, he may walk the halls up to the entrance and see if there are any offerings left on the steps. In the evening, he lays out the place setting for the Katapesh, then puts the dishes away before going to bed.
