Vedika Gupta, widely known as the 10,000-Sighted Scoper, is a revered member of the Reelonian World Council. Her abilities defy explanation, making her one of the organization's most valuable and enigmatic assets.
She resides within a vast, enclosed chamber, shrouded in dim light and an eerie presence that unsettles most who enter. At the center of the room stands a bizarre contraption—the 10,000-Sighted Telescope, an artifact beyond comprehension. No amount of knowledge or magic has been able to decipher its origins or mechanisms. Vedika alone understands its true nature and is the only one capable of using it, though she refuses to elaborate on its workings.
Through the telescope, she can peer 10,000 years into the past and future, across multiple realms and realities, as well as observe any location within known existence—all from the safety of her chamber. However, her connection to the telescope has turned into an obsession. She gazes into it compulsively, showing little hesitation in fulfilling requests from those who seek its revelations.
Due to the potential for her abilities to be misused, the World Council strictly regulates access to her. Only individuals within the Council’s inner circle—those with the highest level of clearance—are permitted to consult with her, and even these meetings are granted sparingly. The Council harbors a deep fear that Vedika might one day step beyond their control, as the knowledge she possesses could easily fall into the wrong hands.
