Cairo

Cairo is one of the last three remaining bastions of Humanity left on Earth after The Deep Freeze. Of the three, Cairo has the only functional Space Elevator, which makes it an important base for trade as well as an attractive location for off-planet tourists. Although run by the UNEM Lunar Council, the unofficial man in charge of the city is Ross Veniro, an entertainment entrepreneur and casino owner.
