The Iron Suns

The Iron Suns are one of the oldest and most famous mercenary groups in all the world. Originating in Neverwinter, the Iron Suns quickly spread, establishing guildhalls around the world. The first guildhall in the Eastern Continents was in Bal'Khun along the western coast of Charthun. From there the Suns went north to Volun Thos, then east to The Citadel. Several other outposts have been established over the years, but currently the only two guildhalls with membership still standing are located at The Citadel and Bal'Khun. The Iron Suns still maintain guildhalls in Volun Thos and Draelyn in Eastern Charthun, but currently do not have an active roster.   There is no central leadership, each chapter operates independently. Each chapter does follow a charter set forth by the original Iron Sun founders, as well as maintains allegiances with their allies and sisterguilds. Every chapter is required to assist any other chapter in times of need.   The Iron Suns are notorious for recruiting the best of the best. It is not known (to outsiders) how they go about selecting their members, but they always seem to find talent in all corners of the world.

Public Agenda

Purpose: The Iron Suns exist as a mercenary organization, committed to offering the highest quality of service for those who wish to enlist our services. There is no contract too large or too small. The Iron Suns value the contract above all else, and as such, are duty-bound to fulfil their obligation as agreed upon.   Rules: Contract is binding in terms and the Iron Suns will do no more and no less than what is stipulated.   The Iron Suns will not accept a contract against one of it’s own members.   Accepted contracts will not be discussed with anyone outside of the employer and members of the Iron Suns including identities, locations, property, or activities.   Membership: An individual may become a member of the Iron Suns after being vetted and approved by an officer of the desired chapter. Once accepted the individual must take the Oath of the Iron Suns.   Duties and Expectations: Each member of the Iron Suns is expected to uphold the laws of the guild. Each member is bound to protect and aid their fellow members to the best of their abilities, unless directed otherwise by a higher ranking member. Failure to follow these rules will result in an investigation by the chapter leader, and can lead to termination alongside any other penalties deemed suitable.   Compensation: The Iron Suns will provide compensation for all expenses while actively completing a contract. Any assets acquired while completing a contract will be collected and distributed by the commanding officer. Each contract fee will be evenly divided between the participating members, after a 20% fee has been returned to the guild.
