Growing as an author

A journey to a new location is disrupted by natural disaster.

My dear Reader,
This is the story of how the current world of The Revised Earth came to be.
In The Dream I mentioned how the creation of my first world, at the time it was a snow globe following Annabeth's life, if she wasn't there or it didn't affect her the world froze.
Over the years I have grown and learned to do better world-building and the world gained more characters, locations and story lines. What was known at the time as the world of The Kingdom of Marlington needed a new build completed with a fresh coat of paint.
Here is what the world has evolved into:
The Revised Earth used to be geographically like our own, but it has different history and politics. In the year 3430 there were mass earthquakes which caused volcanoes all over the globe have begun to erupt and that created a new land mass.
The after math of the natural disaster was insane:

People struggled to get supplies for themselves and their families.

The economy has completely crashed, making any money completely worthless.

Groups of people were taking advantage of the lack of government by murdering and stealing.

Seeing this the strong and powerful took control and created seven countries on the new continent, creating the new world order with the governments taking different approaches:

The first one chose to become a federal government, they called themselves the Leitan Federation.

The second one chose to become a Parliamentary Republic, they called themselves the Glorious Republic of Hozany.

The third one chose to become an Alliance, the called themselves the Alliance of Sterrissia

The fourth one chose to become a dictatorship Kingdom, the called themselves The Krannutia Kingdom.

The fifth one chose to become a Republic, they called themselves The People's Republic of Cruny

The sixth one chose to become a Aristocracy, they called themselves The Kingdom of Oakridge

The seventh one chose to become a Constitutional Monarchy, the called themselves The Kingdom of Marlington.

The world still needs a lot of work but it has finally burst out of the Show globe.
An important lesson was learned on this journey.
Never stop believing in your ability to evolve your knowledge, learning doesn't stop until you stop searching for new information.
