The "Territory of Plentiful Cold Waters"

Ochi Ni'nini is the northern most region state of The Inbound Lands, encompassing the northeastern-most parts of the Northern Inbound Lands, where it is bordered by Ochi Paxu and Ochi O'we. It is to the right of the O'pxan Reservation, and is part of the Northern Protectorates (formerly the Allegiance). It is sometimes known as "The Slopes of Urd," as it is dominantly this mountain and its associated northern island chain. Its borders are largely defined by First Water River and the Northern Sea.
