Perfect Timing
Choose up to three creatures you can see within range; you manipulate time around them to make each one enter combat not late, nor early, but precisely when you want. An unwilling creature can make a Constitution saving throw, remaining unaffected by the spell’s effects on a success. Take the Initiative counts of the affected creatures and redistribute them amongst those creatures in any way you choose. Until the end of their next turn, each affected ally’s Speed increases by 15 feet, and each affected enemy’s Speed is reduced by 15 feet.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. You can target one additional creature, and the change to creatures’ Speed increases by 5 feet, for each spell slot above 3.
