Each creature within a 15-foot-radius, 5-foot-high cylinder centered on you must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 5d6 fire damage on a failed saving throw, or half as much damage on a successful one. Until the end of your turn, you gain a flying speed of 120 feet, and your movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d6, and your flying speed increases by 30 feet, for each spell slot level above 3.
