Thieve's Guild

The Thieve's Guild is an extensive network of Rogues and the like that live secret lives. There are several locations of Thieve's Guild members, one of which is Daggerveil, one of their biggest hideouts in all of Terra Minima. This acts as the "homebase" per se. They act in secret, as they are typically being sought by the local and worldwide governments to bring them to justice. They have a keen eye on all activites going on in their towns of choice. They are usually not causing trouble, which makes it hard to actually convict members that are found, however, they are rarely caught.
