Quattuorian Serum (Unknown Genetically Modifying Serum)
The Quattuorian Serum is said to be created by manufacturing the blood of the Quattuor in some way, allowing those who are injected to grow two more arms, resembling the Quattuor, and to become incredibly aggressive and rage induced. There is practically nothing known about this serum, but the effects have been seen by Aerias and Hurricane, who witnessed the captive sailors from the failed Quattuor invasion contort and grow into pure rage filled creatures, growing two more arms just under their ribcage. Nothing else is known about the effects, but it is considered a cataclysmic threat.
Transmission & Vectors
The only known way of being affected by the Quattuorian Serum is to be injected by it.
Causes
It was created by the Quattuor as a way of infecting humans and those with similar genes to grow into creatures similar to the Quattuor and fight with them.
Symptoms
The first symptoms are confusion, incoherency, strange behavior or lack of movement or communication. The secondary symptoms are when those infected become catatonic almost, not reacting to anything or anyone. The last set of symbols is inhuman screaming and visceral contortions, having arms rip out from under the skin, one on each side of the body, under the ribcage. With this comes pure animal rage, foaming of the mouth, and extremely aggressive behaviors and powerful strength.
Treatment
Unknown. The only way to rid the infected of the serum is to kill them. There is no known way to reverse it as of this moment.
Prognosis
The serum, if used widespread, could mean cataclysmic results for all that aren't Quattuor. The beasts are incredibly strong, rumored to be able to tear grown men in half with ease.
Sequela
The pathological conditions of the infection are obvious, causing immense rage and aggression, causing the infected to become hostile to any creature nearby.
Affected Groups
Unknown. It is suspected that any person, young or old, frail or strong, male or female, can be affected by this as long as they have genes similar to the Quattuor, like humans.

Unknown. Created by the Quattuor and held by them presumably.

Unknown if a vaccine could be produced or reverse engineered as of this moment.
Epidemiology
Unknown, seems to only be transferred by being injected with the serum.
History
The first (and only) time this serum has been used is in the failed invasion of Oceania by the Quattuor in July of 3167. No other reported incidents have been confirmed.
Cultural Reception
This incident was seemingly contained, and the people of Oceania seem to not be aware of what happened or have forgot. Almost like their minds were wiped of the incident.
