Circlet of Seasons

Circlet of Seasons, also known as the Necklace of the Seasons   Wondrous Item, artifact This necklace is a creation of the four sisters of the seasons and imbued with the powers of three of the young dryads. Carried by Autumn, the dryad of the Fall, the necklace gives a small portion of her sister's powers during their respective time of year. This necklace also amplifies Autumn's own powers during the Fall. There are a few minor bonuses the necklace provides.
On a chain of vines, the necklace resembles a small circle surrounding a small tree. The necklace itself is around an inch and a half diameter. The tree appears full-grown despite being so small, with a root system going down and wrapping around to create the border circle. The tree's leaves change color based on the season. Green in the Summer, white in the Winter, gold and orange in the Fall, and pink in the Spring. The act of putting on the necklace merges the magic of the necklace to the user, and it is not a subtle act. When a user latches the necklace around their neck, a surge of natural energy surrounds the wearer in a small cyclone. The wind smells clearly of the season and catches people's attention rather easily.
During the Spring you gain access to the spare the dying cantrip; a small essence of Spring's innate restoration and healing magic.
During the Summer you gain access to the fire bolt cantrip; a small essence of Summer's heat and intensity.
During the Winter you gain access to the ray of frost cantrip; a small essence of Winter's cold and frosty nature.
During the Fall your abilities are amplified. 1d4 is added to any and all damage rolls made during the Fall season.
Provided the necklace is worn, regardless of the time of year, you gain proficiency in Intelligence (history) checks and you have perfect darkvision. You can see in the dark as well as you can in daylight.
