Khalaf Havima Kattan (Kah-laugh Have-Eema Cat-tan)

Wealthy folks used to welcome family, officials, and eccentric individuals into their homes as a show of their wealth and social status. What if I played one of those eccentric guests?
“Havima, the Perfect Word”. The instrument of the ancient orators, bringing life to their works for today's discerning ears. During each show, Khalaf is a storyteller and philosopher, guiding the audience from act to act. He also seeks out wealthy patrons and convinces them to host the circus for a time, finding the murky space between entertaining guest and social-status sabateur.

Personal Problem: I know I'm a plebian fraud. All my looks and charm and cultural knowledge can't change that. Rather than face my low-class heritage, I've built a shell of jealousy. Why can't I be the one offering patronage to wandering eccentrics? Why do all these people get to look down at me? Why not take a little extra for myself? I deserve it, afterall.
