This is Uzero, also known as U0 or spoken as 'You, 0.'
We dwell in the shadows, changing the world without second thought. We take prize in sending lone individuals to their highest position in society, we like power over that of influence. Never see the world in the same vision again.

Fear no oppression

In our domain, nobody is ever under the threat of being oppressed by another. Bullying, rather in arrogant verse or degrading terms, to physical abuse of a minor, is strictly forbidden. Any form of dominations over another's actions would be met with the path of pain. We enforce total and equal respect for all, and nobody is worth more than a twig or a branch more than the individual next to him. We all are dust, so why do you view yourself as an elitist of the herd, no, you are but a speck of nothingness floating around, just with a slight sapience above the average branch. We will be the judge of that. As equals in nothingness, we shall put aside personal goals and strive for utter tranquility, my friends.
If you feel like you have been offended, take no further action. We will see to it, our eyes are everywhere, and the one with his back turned is watching you, always.

Voices

Any raised voices are meant to alarm us. Silence is golden. We prize those individuals who able to come close to the stillness of the cosmos in their acts. Our great classmaster only chooses those most still to teach. Don't worry, making small sounds won't hurt you --- more than it'll hurt our ears.
If you manage to make a big disturbance by unnecessary wailing and the raising of your voice, out you go, never to be seen again. Shut up, and do your work like that of our Lord God, never speaking out loud to his people, forever silent amongst the cosmos, watching, waiting, plotting in the shadows, and killing the sinful.
The best way to voice your concern is by writing, do so with elegance, my people. Handwriting is essential form of presenting yourself, and don't stray away from the fine ink and pen, which may help you in your pursuits of influence.

Education

Extremely important is that you know how to write neatly and fluently. Our mouths are foul with impulse and stench emanating from every corner of the blasted hole. We shall not open such a vore-hole of degradation. In turn, all citizens are eligible to free education in the fields of writing by our masterful classmaster, Kalen Coubre who's always patient with his students in the Gardens of Uzero.
We should always write up to standard, showing the fluency and the art of writing to the flock.

Laws & Enforcement
