Our Establishment

Incendiaries are made to fuel fire. The sound of one may agitate the sound of another like an echo effect. The sound of the tempting 'talk', the sound of the plague.
We are cautious personnel who wish to dispose any signs of plague as soon as we see one. Oh dear, it may be extremely hard to dispose of a fire when it begins to start incinerating, don't it?

Parameters

Troops of fifteen are dispatched all throughout the lands under Uzero's shadowy rule. Those not aware of the rule of silence are given a three month leeway to learn the rule by heart.
Any territories under rule by more than three months are subject to our protocol.

Problem Identification

We set up camp near places with high foliage, and places with shades of grey, unseen but at large. Nobody would know truly where we set up camp, but one thing they do know, is that we are always present.

In camp, we place a set of sound amplifiers and sound detectors both made from Owsco.

The sound amplifier reaches twenty feet in height, and is capable of reaching high enough areas to intercept the general flow of sound signatures throughout the area. The sound amplifier is installed with a cloaking device in order to stop it from being seen by the residents of the area easily from afar due to its height.

The sound amplifiers are responsible of intercepting any sound signatures close to that of the trachea voice range of creatures, and make a signal alarm as soon as such an occurrence is detected.
This signal alarm would transmit to our sound detectors, which would analyze the signal and identify the general direction of whence the sound source originated. The sound detectors would then relay its analyzed data to our sound trackers.
Our sound trackers would alert and turn the color orange as the sound detectors relay the data analyzed to them. They would then turn that into a visual representation of a compass direction, giving us the general direction of the target and presumably its gender, general appearance and clothing material all thanks to secret language we have identified using Sound of the Face by our dear classmaster Asash Nomar.

Protocol

Our protocol is simple: Stealth, ambush, kill, return to dust.
We are a shock unit, going in and out like the wind, such that nobody would be alerted to our presence. Although stealth is a major part of our existence, we are not an undercover group by all means, and being found is not harmful to our reputation. We are a well known enforcement group anyways.
Even though we do not require to be stealthy to accomplish our goals, it is best for the tranquility of the state and the maintenance of the silence and stillness of the state such that we should minimize our disturbance of civilians. Our goal after all, is the enforce the rule of silence.

Execution tactics and disposal

We prize in the use of poisoned stealth daggers. Our methods mainly consist of cutting of one's trachea, the neck, our the stabbing of one's lungs. The victims would succumb to the breath-diminishing poison, losing consciousness and dying a painless death.
Any targets which fail to fall unconscious after the initial injection of poison would have to suffer a slightly longer death through the eruption of the trachea or the lungs, depending on the position of the target during encounter.
After the target has been disposed, the responsible Echosabre unit will carry their body to the nearest of the camps of fellow Echosabre units within the area which contains a Fleetfoot magic user to be deposed of accordingly under the cover of night.
