Unrlea Vizimruc

Unrlea is a corpo who has to pay off his debts NOW! He set up an illegal shop called Room 36 in which he sells illegal weapons. When Carbide began looking for the swords of Yo-Dime, he was able secure Unrlea as a contact. Unrlea promised to dig carbide up some leads in exchange for brining around some customers.
