Ruin is an elite soldier in the employ of The Eagle Assembly. His ideal is Nation. He has been training the new recruits.

• Saves: STR, CON
• Skills: Athletics, Intimidation
• Attack: +6 1D12+3 Slashing
• Fury (3/day): Reaction: ignore all damage taken from one attack
• Frenzy (3/day): Immediately make three attacks that score a crit on an 18-20
• Screech (1/day): Reaver roars and all enemies in 30 feet must make a DC 15 wis save or become frightened. On each of its turns, the creature must use its action to make a dash through the safest route away. If they lose line of sight, it can make another save.
