Kozo

When there was no one else to talk to, he always found a friend in the noble beasts of the swamp. They may not talk back with words, but Kozo felt a connection to each of them. Finding himself disgusted with the people who treat animals like nothing more than a tool, and at a young age, he began to liberate creatures whenever he could.

Putting together a small pack of like-minded individuals, Kozo spent his teenage years stealing mounts, pets, and farm animals across the swamps of his home village of Sa'amua. It was when he tried to steal the mount from a powerful sun warrior that Kozo found himself at the pointed end of a blade. To his astonishment, a Sun Elf named Valindra Cailynn stood up for him. She dueled the interloper and saved his life.

Indebted to Valindra, Kozo now joins her and the Union of Ghosts

into the Hallowed Expanse. While Valindra seeks her holy relic, Kozo has his eyes on freeing the beasts of this new land.

Attacked by massive rats in Bittercress Swamp, Kozo received scarring om his left leg.
