Blade of Progress

Crafted by artificers from the Chantry of Bells to carry the strength of Horus with them into the material plane. They can sometimes be found among priests and acolytes to the God of Progress.

This dagger transfers in and out of the ether. The user may spend 10 minutes prepping a ritual to Horus. After doing so the dagger switches between planes. The next three persons cut with the blade take no damage and instead gain the benefits of Bless (below) for the next 5 minutes. The spell requires no material components and does not require concentration. After imbuing an individual with Bless, the blade returns to being a normal dagger. The blade regains this ability after 24 hours of recharging.

Components: V S M (A sprinkling of holy water)

Duration: Up to 1 minute

Classes: Cleric, Paladin

You bless up to three creatures of your choice within range. Whenever a target makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, the target can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the attack roll or saving throw.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 1st.
