Notice to all citizens

By order of the Chancellor,
There will be no more killing of slimes in the harbor, or in the sanitary sewers underweight the city. It has been stated before that these slimes are beneficial to the city. They clarify the water and clean the sewage before it enters the harbor. Any slime killings inside the city will be treated as a felony. You will be fined appropriately, and can potentially face jail time.
