The odd one out of the three cities of Estile. The city is abandoned each Season of Waiting as the hurricanes roll through the seas to the east. The town has been mostly built on stilts and raised structures, as well as an ongoing construction project by the inhabitants for a sea wall to break the waves of the storm surge so that there is less to repair each Season of Life.
The City has a large herbalist and floral tradition being just on the edges of the Orchid Forest. This being the case, the city has their economy centered around the export of exotic plants for everything from ornamentation, to medicinal to pleasure. Here many alchemists can find the reagents needed for just about any experiment they wish, any druid of the circle will feel at home in the flower encrusted homes.
The City has also become a major center for the Sorority of Azu in The Eight Divines, where the Passiflora plant has become a staple symbol for the faith in the city. While the city does devote most of its affection and time to Azu, Xelex being the god of deep seas, he is also widely worshiped in the city as well. Anyone seeking to feel welcomed openly with the beauty of what the world has to offer, should look no further.
