Candle Shot

Candle shot is a very basic cantrip, that costs nothing to cast. This a a spell taught to most farmers and peasants due to its ease and utilitarian nature. It should go without saying that every spell caster regardless Religion, creed, patron, or level of education, should already know the spell. It takes only a thought of a candle flame and pointing at whatever you want lit. It does take a small amount of concentration though, as you can think of the flame then point, this will result in a foot being shot, if your hands are down. It is often advised that you point, then think. It manifests a very small bolt of fire, that hits it's target with an amount of force. 
Useful for campfires, candle lighting, deterrence, light sources, and whatever mischief you can think of. This spell deals a max damage of 3, without modifiers. Though a player can state their intent for utility or attack. If attacking, apply a modifier. Past Lvl5 "magic", double the damage, past lvl 7, it is tripled.
