Lieutenant Belgrado Kimberly
Belgrado is a lighthearted, cheerful soldier of the Gamma Regiment. In grace of her experience driving the Occident Express she is often named second-in-command and pilot of the vehicle by Colonel Athena Acropolita.
Lieutenant Kimberly takes great pride in this fact and spends every waking hour boasting about it.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
As most soldiers, Belgrado is fit and lean, ready for action at all times. She is, however, most likely to kick back and either drive or shoot from a safe distance, rather than engage in actual close-quarters combat.
Apparel & Accessories
Wears a light Gamma uniform with high boots and a wide-brim hat, and carries around a simple pistol. She also mentions having a sniper rifle stashed somwhere. Her place is at the wheel and her equipment reflects that, but she will fiercely defend the vehicle if she has to.

Belgrado is naturally competitive, and has a mentality geared toward taking every advantage and making the most out of it. Nevertheless, she does not usually take risks, believing the possible reward is often not worth the peril she would put herself and others in.

Motivation
Because of their similar skillset she had always seen Lance Cleos Cassidy, widely known as the best pilot in the Conclave, as some sort of rival. However, Belgrado's more conservative attitude while driving always landed her comfortably in the second place, directly behind Cleos' risk-taker style. And it is safe to say Cleos did not care about her, if she was even aware of her existence. After all, the ranking of the best pilots and the competition to reach the first spot is mostly in Belgrado's head.
Even after Cleos' death, Belgrado still seeks to break her records, and finally become deserving of the title she gives herself.
Likes & Dislikes
It is no secret she always had the hots for Cleos Cassidy, although unrequited, and her heart was broken when she heard the news of her pretended rival's tragic demise. Nowadays, her consort dead as well, she often spends time alone with her commander, Athena Acropolita.
She enjoys machines working smoothly, both friendly and ruthless competition, and extravagant clothing. She dislikes leaving things to chance and hates to get second place, but is not a sore loser and promises herself to keep trying and do better the next time.

They spend a lot of time together on the long trips between Ardent Outpost and Plaza City, alone in the cabin of the Occident Express.

While they are not consorts, Belgrado lost hers, and their jobs keep Athena and her consort Everett away, so they only have each other.
