Culling the Storm

~A Jet-fueled Mad Max/Book of Eli themed nightmare~

A citizen of a surviving Vault built in the region before the Great War, you have had the great privilege of riding out the nuclear fallout in the safety of an underground fortress. The eleventh generation in fact, you have your forefathers to thank for their sacrifices and hard work in ensuring your survival. Life might get a bit dull, a bit repetitive from time to time, but no one goes to bed hungry or is left to sleep in the cold. A strong community and a line of dedicated Overseers has led many to live full and happy lives despite never laying eyes on the outside world.

That is until a sinister experiment is revealed, a corrupt leadership pushes their citizens too far, or wasteland invaders have found a way to breach the overengineered defenses. As you escape Vault 113, Vault 139, or Vault 212 you manage to stumble upon a hidden treasure. Now the survivors must face one of the harshest regions in North America, all the while in possession of one of the most valuable objects to the civilized world- a Garden of Eden Creation Kit. Considered fodder by mutants and slavers, they will have to decide whether it is smarter to risk the open roads or rely on an established faction that will surely wish to steal their priceless tech for themselves.

~A twist on the original Fallout plots designed to run as one-shots or full length campaigns~
