BoS Recue Basic Outline



Designed to be a self-contained one-shot, it is still a WIP and may need some balancing from anyone that wants to use it as a jumping off point. I've also included hundreds of flat minis in the GM Assets book that sits next to their iPad. I'd suggest a party of about 4 players from 2nd-3rd level, (with access to the higher starting caps/pre-game gear buying). There are two points of entry, each with their own challenges and rewards, but the goal is to rescue the Brotherhood captives in the back of the Super Duper Mart.


Each area is broken up into zones by purple borders. I put more zones between the entry points and the fortified positions to reflect the difficulty rushing a prepared enemy, so you may want to adjust Range Difficulties to better reflect the actual distances. The entire area is also considered 'Dim', increasing all sight based Difficulties by one unless a proper light source is provided, and some rooms lack a light source at all. I would suggest having the raiders remain in their positions for the most part to allow players the option of ducking around a corner for a break if they get overwhelmed. If you scroll over objects and wait a moment, extra text will pop up such as Lockpicking Difficulties, core rulebook page numbers to find stats, and loot contained within the object.
