Cullo She'var - La

Cullo Orphoson Cullo Extraci'a She'var - La (a.k.a. Endo Morstin)

Cullo She'va - La is a Shenta-Har-Ek child of significant importance. Since his birth he has exhibited dreams of prophecy and past, while this in itself is somewhat common amongst his people, the range of time through which his dreams travel is highly irregular. He has been able to describe figures from far flung history, and events that cannot be described as past nor future due to their seperation from him in time. A desire to interpret his dreams granted him a following since age ten which continued to grow as many came to believe him to be the God's Shola. This would mean that his dreams are direct information sent via all or one of the Orphelians. However, he his fame is not seperated from infamy, and even amongst the Shenta-Har-Ek their are those who distrust such visions. The Thial'tung believe that he is a false prophet sent by the dark god Entropious to lead them astray. While they do not believe that Cullo is a willing participant or acting "without good faith" they argued for "official monitoring of his abilities" since the begining. When Cullo, and his dedicated followers, refused to comply with such requests it is presumed that the Thial'tung went against code and custom to hire assassins. In 1708 a group of Aaalvic attempted to murder Cullo and killed many of his camp followers outside Tugund. Cullo was forced to flee, and is now traveling with a small group in an unknown location. Officially he is wanted by The 9 100 to protect him, but such officials have been known to abuse prophets before, often resulting in their deaths. Running for his life, unable to fight back, and without powerful allies, the child has gained the nickname "Cullo Orphoson" the orphaned son of the forgotten gods.

Personal history

Cullo was born under fairly regular circumstance. His parents were farmers who grew hard roots a few dozen km outside Padema City. His strange dreams seemed to manifest from birth onwards, but weren't recognized until he began speaking at the age of 5. Being relatively late to bloom, even for a Shenta, Cullo was small and shy. He seemed caught up in his own world, which became increasingly clear once he started to vocalize the internal. He told stories of "angry aliens who exploded" and "the sleeping sun". His parents first brought this to the attention of their local healer, Celestia who was able to make some basic interpretations. Celestia became the major mentor in Cullo's life as his parents were more concerned about his difficulty sleeping and interacting with others than the possible gravity of his long distant visions. At age 8, their concerned spiked when Cullo began to suffer full blow insomnia and daytime hallucinations. Against Celestia's advice they took him to the Grand Helemck in Padema fearing Breaking Sickness. The Helemck diagnosed level 2 seperation, an incurable progression of the disease. Cullo was grieved and the family prepared for his death, as suicide was frowned upon for youths under the age of 15. And then, after three months of "seperation" and collaboration by three different healers Cullo began to sleep regularly without medication. Such a thing was thought impossible, Celestia was validated as she was vocally against the diagnosis and medications stating that they would stunt Cullo's visions. From there he was famous, first as a medical oddity and soon after as a prodigous dreamer. A religious leader amongst the most conceptually minded species, his status quickly became known to all species of the 9 (albiet as a more minor figure). The best interpretors travelled all the way from Chorn worlds to hear his visions. Pilgrims sought his council, and though he professed none, his innocence, youth, stoic calm, and distain for excessive speech left even more of a mark than if he had attempted to sway. The First Church of God's Shola Incarnate (GSI) was never officiated by Cullo, but the converts followed him nonetheless. At its peak before the massacre, over 600,000 claimed it as their primary ideology.
