He was the first mortal to successfully create a stable realm of any significance in the Funhouse, and he did so by proving (at the point of a sword) that, when well led, mortals could hang with any of the other big bads stumbling about the still-forming plane of reality.

Military actionThe Bloody Purge was finally victorious over the Gravedigger in a rather climactic battle, I'm sure. Losses were heavy, and sponsoring dieties were weakened by ensuring the sheer number of corpses did not immediately raise themselves after the fact due to all of the leftover metaphysical disturbance.

Lether's Rise: Completion
RevolutionOn this date Lether, Lord of Golden Light became the official divine sponsor of the city of Korel, upon which foundation he was able to quickly found an empire. This was after the conclusion of a year-long campaign of subterfuge, and a shocking outbreak of cult activity and infernal summonnings in said city, which conveniently ended directly after he was proclaimed as such.

Population Migration / TravelThe tattered remnants of The Gale, victorious after long last, begin to return to their homes across the Divershplain. Although this was a gradual process, as they originated from many different places, the official date is pegged as the day that the surviving Whispering Ones returned to their citadel in Korel.
