Gaia is the one of the Three Ladies of the Realms, worshiped by the Brides of Batu. As the Lady of Claw and Thorn, she is the primordial force of living things that - according to the Descendants of Batu - Batu courted and convinced to follow him in the destruction of the elves. Conversely, Gaia is also deified in traditional Elf culture, as far flung and broken as it now is.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Gaia is generally depicted as a tall and powerful huntress both in human and elvish images of her. She is often accompanied by a green dragon, as per the story of Batu.

Personal history

According to the Descendants of Batu, Gaia proudly led and courted the favor of Elfkind until Batu asked for any challenge that she could think of.
Gaia asked Batu to find her a dragon from which to fashion her hunting leathers from. Instead of killing it, Batu got it drunk and chained it. He begged Gaia to spare the animal's life, for there were few and far between on the mortal plane. This act of kindness showed Gaia that Batu truly respected her Realm, and thus he won her loyalty.
Gaia fought alongside Batu against the arcane and cruel elven gods, alongside her sisters Coelle and Alta.
