Arento Aquillius Argo is the current Duke of Argo and leader of the House of Argo. Though young, the Duke has managed to get a reputation has a light-hearted and benevolent ruler.

Personal history

Arento ascended to his position of power in Argo in 1057, only a few years prior to the current date. To quell contests from his business-like sister and military-minded brother, Arento appointed them both to high positions within his government, court and military. Arento's policies have thus far been focused towards expanding trade in the The Frontier while also protecting the Colony of Kehl. Though he is thought to rule fairly, critics accuse him of being double-dealing and overtly cunning. He is openly competitive with the House of Thasson-Montena.
