Photonic Grenade

A futuristic version of the modern flashbang grenade.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Each grenade contains an intense strobe light and a sonic impairment emitter. Both are armed for a ten second timer via a one quarter twist of the top half of the grenade counterclockwise, or on impact via a one quarter twist of the top half clockwise.

Significance

Allows for the non-lethal incapacitation of a target with zero permanent harm due to the lack of any explosives within the "grenade".
