Oathbreaker

Any citizen who breaks an oath to another citizen will be considered an Oathbreaker. Breaking the Laws of the city is also considered to be a broken Oath.

Manifestation

When this occurs, magic of the city will change the Glyph of the Free Citizen to the Glyph of the Oathbreaker, and their Citizenship will be revoked. At this point their metaphysical alignment will be immediately shifted out of phase with the demi-plane, and they will immediately begin to suffer from the Phase Drop Condition.
