The sword is forged in Artifact Metal, and fueled in stored Celestial energy, all found within the ruins. The Celestial energy gives the metal a capacity to cut through most material, especially flesh, making it one of the deadliest weapons existing, but the user must poison himself to use it. Daily use from the of 20 brings down the average life expectancy to 45.

Manufacturing process

The artifact steel is forged into a sword like any other, using the material, and building a space on the inside of the sword to allow for the Celestial energy to be infused. Then a Ryriakki engineer uses Stored Celestial Energy and infuses the sword with it.

It's a generic sword for a Ryriakki soldier.
