There is the United Nations Magical Armed Forces or UNMAF: this is a government entity that wishes to utilize Muses as a fighting force to effectively keep the peace in the world. What they lack in magical knowledge they make up for in weaponry and combat expertise.
it was hastily created soon after the explosion from David that released magic onto Gaia. At first, it was plagued with abuses and poor management leading to many inquiries and restructuring. It was a constant target for scrutiny by governments. It was also under constant attack from Kumari who thwarted what she saw as its abuses and poor tactics. it was brought under control after Lin Feng defected from Kumari and used her considerable abilities ot bring the forces in line, borrowing from the knowledge she learned from Kumari.
