Passcards

After Kumari decided to open up the Realms, she needed to cooperate with the other Realms leaders to track who was coming into their worlds. Kumari compromised by implementing the Passcard system, equal to that of the passport system on Gaia. While the Realms do not have a system of computers to track people and flag bad actors, they implemented a telepathic checking system with the Library of Nightfall. Everyone needs a Passcard or an escort from the Legionnaire in order to travel between the Realms. While the freedom of travel is extremally limited, Kumari works to provide Passcards to every person and open up trade and travel. Kumari, or one of her advisors, must sign each of the documents which is an arduous tasks but one of the many compromises Kumari needed to make to the Legion of Order agree to the policy. As with every official document, there are many forgeries that are created but they are often intercepted at the different gates due to the telepathic tracking system integrated with the Nightfall Library. Kumari is a bit lax with enforcing the Passcards and going after forgers even when the Legion of Order chides her for it. A Passcard is typically a rendering of the person to whom it belongs, along with information such as their name, their race, the Realm from where they originate and reside. Kumari encouraged the payment of artists to make these Passcards. There are very few people (aside from those in Murk City) who are ineligible for Passcards. Passcards are treasured prizes in Murk City and act as the only way to freedom from the prison Realm. Purpose The Passcard to provide identification and allow people from the different Realms to travel without an escort. Kumari pushed for its implementation after she visited the Realms, saw how the separation was harming the different societies, and urged the Legion of Order to open the pathways to all again.
