Nonburu

An elder of an unnamed village far from the Metisian castle. He and his people found Kumari after she fought against Conall and cared for while she recovered. He was originally skeptical of Kumari and feared she would bring destruction to his people. Even after his village was attacked by Malignants and Kumari helped drive them away, Nonburu was reluctant to leave with his people. He was later convinced by Tassak, a local fisherman, that it was worth leaving. He followed Kumari though he was often cited for arguing and resisting her attempts to lead. He slowly warmed to her leadership as they progressed. He acknowledged that even though she was a Muse, she truly cared for the welfare of the Metisians. He acknowledged that she was strong and could lead people to fight against Micah.
