Legionnaire of Order

The Legionnaire of Order is the paragon of Order that serves the Legion of Order. They are tasked with ensuring the balance of the Realms is kept and that order prevails over chaos. They are expected to maintain good diplomatic relations with the other Realms and to promote orderly society. The Legion of Order must approve of the Legionnaire who is nominated or they will not have rule authority to act. However, nothing stops someone for acting as Legionnaire since the Legion of order (outside the Legionnaire's actions) are largely non-interventional. The Legionnaire of Order is typically the champion for the Legion of Order and must be willing and able to fight on their behalf. While they are typically only bound by orders from the Legion, the Legionnaire can act on their own accord to address potentially chaotic situations or to fight against the Legion of Chaos. The Legionnaire of Order is situated in the castle on Metisiot and acts as the ruler of the Metisian people until recently. Part of the Legionnaire's duties includes overseeing the training and education of Muses who come to learn at the castle. The Legionnaire works to build a coalition of Muses to fight on the side of Order. There have been few Legionnaires since most of those who are selected have long life spans and ruled for their entire lifetimes without being usurped. Qualifications Before Kumari became Legionnaire, to qualify as the Legionnaire, one must be a Muse, preferably a Muse with offensive capabilities. The Muse must have a high affinity for Order and be well-versed in working with others and maintaining relations among the different races. Accoutrements & Equipment Legionnaires of Order have the ability to summon the Crown of the Legionnaire. Type Magical, Professional Form of Address Legionnaire Equates to While the Legionnaire of Order has no formal counterpart, rumors circulate that the loosely organized Legion of Chaos also has its own Legionnaire though their identity is unknown.
