Eagle-Feather

A Pyromancy Shimmer who was the Legionnaire of Order before Kumari. he gathered Kumari and brought her to Metisiot. 
He was close friends with Horizon many millennia ago. He at first adopted Horizon's aims to break apart from the Shimmer's strict policy regarding the control of magic in order to control its power. However, while Horizon wanted to push further than the limits and delve further into magic, Eagle-Feather saw that it was edging towards a disaster and attempted to stop Horizon. This began their schism and their rivalry. 
Eagle-Feather died to Horizon's flames after his power was neutralized by Otano's Scorch.
