David’s Legion

There is also David’s Legion: a radical group who follow David’s ideals that magic users should be the superior group and should effectively control the world’s governments.
They go out of their way to recruit new Muses and encourage them to forsake all non Muses and to use their power to oppress other non-Muses. 
They are at constant battle with the world's governments, anti-Muse groups, and Kumari.
