Cackle Among the Whispers

A seclusive Healer Muse who lives on the outskirts of the Eolilgeten capital. She resides within the branches of a high tree and only visits the capital market place for food and supplies. Despite keeping her True Name, she abandoned many of the Swif customs, wearing her hair long and unkempt and most notably, being kind to Inerts. She was a highly regarded Muse, once being offered membership into the Legion of Order. She refused for two reasons. One, she disagreed with many of their ideals and policies. Second, she was a Demon master. Unbeknownst to most outside the Legion of Chaos, Gareth took her on as an apprentice in her youth and later implanted a demon within her. She was once a renowned Muse but as since retired. She never faced her demon but instead locked it away in Murk City (as was Murk City’s intended purpose) where it soon grew to become the feared Raven that Kumari faces during her joruney. Cackle is the one who first intrduces Kumari to the concept of the ‘Inner Lightning’ and encourages her to visit Nightfall to learn more. During the fnal stand and the meeting with the Legion of Order after, she is intergral in garneing support for Kumari. She also rescinds her refusal to join the Legion of Order and becomes its leader after the passing of the previous one. She cotinued to offer support to Kumari during her reign as Legionnaire.
