Having fled to Labrax Bay to escape Abrian authorities, the Oameni rogue, Alexandru Croitoru encounters the other party members in the marketsquare of Fort Merula. Upon learning of their planned expedition to the Shrine of Naeia Aeriscae, he offers his services as an adventurer in exchange for protection and a share of the treasure. After some discussion, the party agrees to his terms.
