Revenant

Among the city-states of the Aeriscan League, corpses reanimated through necromancy are commonly refered to as "Revenants" (Aeriscan:Retórnade) or "Children of Nexra" (Aeriscan: Fili Nerule). Shambling monstrosities that exude the horrific stench of death from the necrotic flesh that clings to their bones, these undead creatures are merely cadavers than have been transformed into mindless, shambling automatons through dark secrets of the Philosophia Arcana or Theurgia.
