Ator the Lawgiver

Quandiu stabit Ator, stabit et Rexa; quando cadit Ator, cadet et Rexa; quando cadet Rexa, cadet et mundus

Ator the Lawgiver was a colossal statue created by the Eknoi sculptor Arkratis in 1235 AR and erected in the Temple of Ator at Ourania, Eknos. Standing 98 feet tall, it was carved from a single piece of marble with gold leaf ornamenting the Tome of Law held in the figure's right hand. The statue depicted Ator, the head of the Ouranic Pantheon worshiped by both the Eknoi and Rexan people.

The statue was destroyed shortly after the events of the Dies Infelicissimus that precipitated the fall of the Rexan Empire. which was seen as a fulfillment of the prophecy 'As long as Ator stands, Rexa shall stand. When Ator falls, Rexa shall fall. When Rexa falls, the world shall fall.'
