Sephek Kaltro

Sephek Kaltro is an undead creation of Ravisin whose sole purpose is to brutally sacrifice those who stand in the way of Auril's quest for power. He sacrifices his victims by disemboweling them with his ice knife, taking out their eye, and carving a six-pointed snowflake into their foreheads. He travels as a bodyguard with the Torg's Caravan which runs around Ten-Towns selling stolen goods and illegal wares.
Sepheks's tracks leave a faint blue frost across the snow where he walks. He needs to feed on chwinga blood to survive, and so always smells faintly of the sweet, caramel flavored blood. His eyes glow vibrant blue, so he wears his winter goggles all the time so cover them.
