Governor Nighthill

Tarbaw Nighthill was a human and the governor of the small town of Greenest, located in the Western Heartlands of west Faerûn.
During a battle with a blue dragon and the Cult of the Dragon, Tarbaw was wounded but stayed in command in the keep with the Castellan Escobert the Red.
