Localizing the Law of Perception

Chazos redesigns the Law of Perception so the only one affected by a worldview was the observer. This heavily reduced the amount of magic consumed by Flux, and allowed Fluxers a certain degree of individuality.

The Law of Perception initially accepted one's own personal views, then changed the world to suit it. However, conflicting views began creating alternate realities and paradoxes, so Chazos was forced to localize the law's affect to each individual observer. From this point forward, worldviews could only harm or help the one who believes it.
