Perception to Wield

This odd loophole in the Law of Perception allows one to identify an object as an extension of self. It's fairly simple; if a bearer believes an object has a "magical" effect on them, that Fluxer will gain the perceived ability. This establishes a magical link to the object, which actually infuses it with magical power and inadvertently links it to the wielder.

This is a "Perception to Wield" effect.

After the initial link is established, a wielder must then reverse the object's magical flow to enhance the Law of Perception's range and direction. Assuming the object doesn't develop a will of its own, an owner-specific magical artifact or talisman will be created from this process.
