Magical Regulation

This law is subject to the Law of Constancy, so sentient beings are not affected by it. Magic is almost similar to artificial intelligence in that it can respond to specific situations without being commanded to do so. However, it can also be designed to regulate various factors and create a world that might support life. This is stimulated during the Law of Magic's "backlash" to correct paradoxes that are created by the Law of Perception.

Manifestation

Gravitational pull is fairly constant everywhere in the world, gradually lessening as one moves away from the Flux's primary mass. Another example is the formation of clouds and precipitation which shouldn't be possible without an atmosphere, or how the world isn't destroyed with every spell that warps reality. This law is more passive, but incredibly vital to the Flying Flux.
