The official title of the King or Queen of the Monarchy of Koywren. The monarchs usually go by King x or Queen and sometimes unofficially people call it a kingdom when a king in charge.
Qualifications
They need to be picked by the Captains. Originally the Captains where the Captains of the ships that originally landed here but are now the heads of orders or guilds descended from those original ships but not necessary descendants of the captains.
