The late Duke of Dalishae Duchy. Succeeded by his eldest son, Duke Jaspar Chalcedon.
Tormalin was a skilled and accomplished military man, but also knew that peace with his neighbors would grant his people the greatest prosperity. He was respected by his fellow dukes. Whether his four fellow dukes, and Duchess of the realms feared, resented, or admired him is an open question, but they all respected him. Through sheer force of will, personal magnetism, and well placed political maneuvering, he kept a lasting peace amongst five realms of man, and a vague détente with the Elves, for the vast majority of his reign.
That peace has become a fractured construct since his death.
