Thuulian

The Thuulian are semi-aquatic humanoids possessed of unfathomable psychic powers. Their heads resemble cephalopods in that several tentacles surround their beak-like mouth. Their skin can change color at will, and sometimes does so as an involuntary response.
Masters of flesh-crafting, Thuulians delight in transforming other sentient creatures into more useful and corrupt forms. One of their more recent creations is the Feimer, although only the Thuulians know of this.
Thuulians are native to the plane of Lethe, but can be found in many other realms pursuing their inscrutable agendas. Of note, the Thuulians have established extra-planar footholds in the planes of water and air. And are in the early stages of an invasion of the plane known by some of its denizens as The Bright Lands.
Thuulians are otherworldly, and as such are effected by anything (spells/magic) that effects extra-planar or daemonic entities.
